OMG Keeping Wealth With The Wealthy Help ?

I can only guess what it would feel like to be very poor. Perhaps I might feel guilt, if I could not provide an adequate home for my family. Possibly horror, at seeing my children go hungry or lacking proper clothes for the cold winds of winter. Maybe a sense of isolation, if having no money to join in with usual social occasions. As to being homeless, I frankly can't even begin to imagine the physical and emotional hardship involved in such material deprivation.
'One can put up with poverty for a while when one is young, but it will inevitably wear a person down.' (David Byrne, musician and filmmaker)

Spiritual poverty When people have spiritual poverty, they tend to have feelings of emptiness, apathy, boredom, aimlessness, or alienation. You may be financially comfortable and have these experiences.

The poor are only too aware of their financial problems and what they don't have. However not all who experience spiritual poverty, realise they lack something important to do with inner well-being.

This could be us. What then might be missing from our lives? It could be not having a spirit of generosity. When one behaves in a mean way, then this can be seen by others but not necessarily noticed by oneself, at least at the time. Alternatively, our spiritual poverty might be an absence of patience. This is shown by acting on impulse perhaps to our own detriment. A shortage of moderation is revealed by self-indulgence. A dearth of kindness also springs to mind. This may be made known by our thoughtlessness in what we say or do.

In other words, spiritual poverty is an absence of what traditionally has been known as the various human virtues. I would suggest the New Testament notion of being 'poor in spirit' is to recognise this spiritual poverty in oneself.

Our limitations regarding alleviating poverty If we are without money, there are probable limits on us as individuals in what we can do to relieve our own hardship. Likewise, there are constraints on what we can to stop the suffering of others in material poverty, given the widespread extent of social deprivation.Making, charitable donations to foodbanks, participating in community involvement for social action, and spending our free time volunteering, are some of the things that come to mind. However, we can perhaps do more about our own spiritual poverty.

Alleviating spiritual poverty The trouble is a personal makeover is necessary to alleviate spiritual poverty. And that also sounds like a tall order. Who of us through our efforts alone can create spiritual wealth? Make ourselves into an altruistic person? Forgiving and tolerant towards those who offend or hurt us? Who of us can magic up a sense of contentment, peace, and joyful well-being? I for one can't.

It takes humility to accept that we are spiritually impoverished. That what we lack is vitally important and that we cannot create it by ourselves alone.

I believe there are important obstacles that hinder us from receiving spiritual riches. One stumbling block is a sense of self-satisfaction. Another is a denial there is any transpersonal source of virtue beyond us. According to this approach, it is crucial to recognise that spiritual wealth comes from a universal warmth of spirit and light of intelligence that exceeds our own limited minds.

It's not shameful to ask for needed help. It's not a sign of unworthiness. We do not have to condemn ourselves as 'sinners' deserving punishment. But it does require a humble attitude. Actually, I believe this means no longer attaching ourselves to aspects of our own ego - self-intelligence, self-importance, self-reliance. Necessary is an emptying of self so we can be filled with light and love.

Christ - a role model of spiritual poverty One well-known role model for humble attitude is Jesus Christ. In my reading of the Gospel account, he comes over as having been assertive in putting forward his teachings. Nevertheless, he did not act as if he were better than other people. Neither did he seek power and social status. Instead he ate meals with people who respectable society looked down upon. I mean those called 'tax collectors' and 'sinners'. On his last night alive, he acted as a servant to his own followers by washing and drying their feet. And he rode past the crowds into Jerusalem on the back of a humble donkey.

As a child the narrator writes that he obeyed his parents in Nazareth where the family lived. His obedience as an adult to his spiritual 'Father' was a more obvious feature of the story. For example, when anxious about his future, he nevertheless prayed for help. He would do not what he wanted, but his 'Father's' will. And he carried this promise out in not retaliating against those who were cruel towards him. Even to the point of allowing them to torture and kill him. In other words, he emptied his 'self' of self-gratification, self-aggrandisement, and other egoistic states of mind that I would suggest get in the way of receiving rich spiritual gifts.

Like Christ, we also can learn to stop clinging to ego. Instead, recognising our poverty of spirit and seeking help for it.

You will need a smart phone to get a job and keep it in today's economic situation. Your will also need a car to get a good job, which means you need to have good drivers credential.

Thats right in today's world you will need both these things, even if you want a job delivering fast food such as pizza. Yes a pizza delivery driver. Of course you will need car insurance and the pizza delivery company will not pay for this and you will have to use your own car. These places of so-called employment exist all over Canada, United States of America and in Europe. They will trick you into thinking you are a sole business, but will treat you like an employee without the benefits.

Of course to work for this company you will need a car and a smart phone. This you will have to pay for. The company offers very poor compensation and the people are very rude people to work for.

This is happening my country and is very sad to see. However this is happening all over the world and needs to stop. These places are not fun to work in. They will use you and take your weak personality and use it to make you a slave to their very bad way they treat people.

Many of these places offer employment. However it is very fast paced and stressful with low pay. It is especially bad as a delivery driver as you are forced to use your own vehicle and pay for gas without proper compensation. Think about it, even you if take home $18 per hour driving your car for one these fast food places you still have to pay for the gas, car insurance and the wear and tear on your vehicle. Of course they will still treat you like an employee without the benefits. But after watching how they treat the employees you are probably better of being a delivery driver. However you will never get ahead working for these fast food places.

On 16 December 2014, a terrorist attack killed 150 people, out of which at least 134 were students, when Taliban gunmen abruptly attacked the Army Public School in Peshawar, Pakistan (Lewis 2019). As a response to this incident, as well as other terror episodes that had been widespread in the country, the state and military of Pakistan implemented a mission to combat terrorism, mainly in the North Waziristan region of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, under the Operation Zarb-e-Azb. Terrorism is an extensive and intensive issue in Pakistan; the Global Terrorism Index (GTI) of Pakistan in 2019 was 7.889 out of 10, making it the 5th most terrorism-afflicted country last year (Institute for Economics & Peace 2019). Terrorism poses an immense threat and serves as one of the biggest impediments to Pakistan's stability and growth. Terrorism has negative impressions on the economy, as it destroys physical and human capital, creates uncertainty in the market causing reluctance among investors/entrepreneurs, and urgently demands the government's expenses on security expansion and anti-terrorist facilities.

The situation of terrorism and extremism in Pakistan primarily escalated in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The causes are attributed to multiple factors including the sectarian conflicts that ascended to the political level from 1980 onwards and the foreign funding that was being injected into Pakistan incessantly during the period of some significant international events; namely, the Iranian Revolution, Iran-Afghan war, Soviet-Afghan war and the Cold War (Zahab 2002). These global events influenced Pakistan on account of its geopolitical and ideological position. Presently, various internal factors are identified as reasons for terrorism in Pakistan, including ethnicity, illiteracy, income inequality, inflation, high population growth, high unemployment, political instability, poverty, and injustice (Zakaria, Ahmed and Jun 2019).

Terrorism incidents, whatever the reason for their emergence, can cause "ripple effects" that have negative impressions on the country's economy, directly and indirectly (Ross 2019). Directly, terrorist attacks damage the country's infrastructure and destroy the three major factors of production: land, labor and capital. All these factors play an important role in determining economic growth, but are the direct victims of terrorism. The emotional toll on the community as a whole, although invisible and incalculable, is another kind of direct cost on the country. Indirectly, the terror activities can decrease domestic and foreign investments, increase inflation, damage the stock market, increase unemployment, and bolster government expenditures on security instead of socio-economic development projects (Zakaria, Ahmed and Jun 2019).

Terrorism has long-term and far-reaching effects on investors' decisions, industries' performance, and the government's behavior. Firstly, it causes uncertainty in the market. Uncertainty portrays a negative image of the country to the investors, reduces the average return on investments (Abadiea and Gardeazabal 2007), and diverts potential investments to less terror-stricken environments or countries. As a result, business activities and entrepreneurship decline on account of intermittent terror episodes. Secondly, terrorism sways the government towards spending more on defense and anti-terrorism facilities. Normally, military spending is considered a stimulant, but "broken window fallacy" - a parable used by economists to illustrate the negative economic effects of war and destruction - brings to light the adverse costs of terrorism on the economy (Ross 2019). The state's primary focus is shifted from socio-economic development that not only influences the economy positively in the long run but also helps eradicate the root causes of terrorism such as poverty, illiteracy, income inequality, unemployment, and injustice. Hence, the opportunity cost - the benefits foregone when choosing one alternative over another - of expending on defense rather than development is reasonably high, and, as in the case of firms, must be included in the economic costs of the country.

A study titled "Effect of terrorism on economic growth in Pakistan: an empirical analysis" (Zakaria, Ahmed and Jun 2019) examined three macro-variables, based on the data for the period 1972-2014, that are indirectly affected by terrorism. These variables were Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), domestic investment and government spending behavior. The results concluded that the impact of terrorism on FDI and domestic investment is significantly negative, whereas the impact on government spending is significantly positive. The net effect, however, is negative. We can anticipate that since terrorist attacks demand a swift response from the state, the influence on government spending is positive. But this shift in government's behavior can be contested in terms of the opportunity cost of expending on defense rather than development, as mentioned earlier.

The impact of terrorism on a country and its people cannot be precisely quantified in economic terms, but enough estimation can be made to deduce that terrorism has extremely deteriorating effects on various sectors of the economy. Pakistan faces the threat of terrorism from the inside and the outside. According to Global Terrorism Database (GTB), out of the 3043 terrorism incidents that Pakistan faced from 2001 to 2012, 2737 were domestic while 191 were transnational (St. Louis Fed On the Economy 2018). Terrorism is particularly menacing to Pakistan's economy for two reasons. Firstly, unlike developed countries, Pakistan is unable to absorb terrorism without displaying adverse economic consequences. Secondly, the internal conflicts (domestic terrorism) - which are skyrocketing in Pakistan - have a greater impact on the economy than transnational attacks (Hyder, Akram and Padda 2015). What should Pakistan do to counter terrorism in order to avoid economic collapse?

The research "Effect of terrorism on economic growth in Pakistan: an empirical analysis" has pointed out, based on the data for the period 2002-2015, that there is an inverse relationship between GDP and terrorist (suicide) attacks in Pakistan, i.e., when terrorism is low, economic growth is high and vice versa (Zakaria, Ahmed and Jun 2019). Considering the economic consequences of terrorism, a practical solution would be one that mitigates terrorism/extremism in the long run and contributes to economic growth simultaneously. Human capital development in the areas of education and health at the national level has proven to contribute to economic growth in developing countries and also reduce terrorism by eradicating its root causes (Ritter 2016). Human capital is defined as "the knowledge, skills, competencies and attributes embodied in individuals that facilitate the creation of personal, social and economic well-being" (OECD 2018). The Human Capital Index (HCI) of Pakistan is currently 0.39 out of 1 (World Bank Group 2018), displaying an indication for massive improvement. The government and the business sector of Pakistan should progressively invest in human capital development, especially in the spheres of education, health and entrepreneurship, to actualize socio-economic growth and combat terrorism at the same time.

should came as no surprise that Mike Bloomberg in his disdain for not only Bernie Sanders but the voting public is using not only his own wealth to finance one of the most saturated campaign adds we have seen but is being backed by many Wall Street financiers in his bid for the Presidency. It is not hard to fathom that Bloomberg is so well connected to Wall Street with ties going back to the late 1970's. With people like Bill McNabb of Vanguard or Lloyd Bankfein of Goldman Sachs and others have so much to loose if Bernie Sanders manages to win in November.

Bloomberg's decision to seek the Democratic Nomination is all based on not serving the publics good but preserving a ruling class elite. His willingness to spend unprecedented amounts of money with the onslaught to TV adds where the press and so many people are gullible to actually believe all that he promises shows that with money one can but their way onto the national stage. One might recall when Ross Perot took to the airways again with his own money he tried to educate the American Public of the dangers of our national debt. In that light the money spent went to inform and educate. All that Bloomberg is doing is self proclaiming that he and he alone can defeat Trump and nothing more. No substance and no real plan of direction is being offered. Self embellishment of the kind we see with Trump is all we are getting.

Keeping the wealth with the wealthy elite where money begets more money and control is why Trump remains in power and why Bloomberg is surging. With more people being beguiled by the allure of so much money of people like Bloomberg is a testament of how ill equipped we actually are to see what really is behind his motive. With Bloomberg's ties with Wall Street which are also tied to the IMF, The World Bank and our own Federal Reserve makes it very possible that he will obstruct our democratic process. The makeup of Bloomberg's game plan is to buy influence with lobbyists and super delegates with the full backing of the DNC to overrule the voting public. In other words they are trying to sabotage the democratic process and Bernie Sanders. Our votes won't matter is the essence of the tactics used by the super wealth elite and Mike Bloomberg.

If they get away with this obstruction of our Democratic process now the future of the United States will always be forever linked to what money in politics has done in corrupting a nation. The ruling oligarchy ruling class elite will continue to sabotage and obstruct Democracy. If our Founding Fathers were alive today they would not tolerate the antics of people like Bloomberg or Trump.
